Can you say which studio is responsible?  We can't figure it out since every single one seems to be busy with other projects xD

That doesn't deserve an official announcement if you ask me, certainly not at the Spike VGA...

If it didn't say new franchise I'd say it's DA3 since I don't remember it being officially announced despite being in development. I wonder what it could be though. Something similar to ME/DA or a completely different setting?

Nothing to worry about though. If EA stays out of it and lets BioWare do what they do best then the game will be awesome.

Maybe the guys who are currently working on SWTOR, since it's scheduled to release shortly? Although with the work they've been putting in that game, they deserve a vacation first.

I don't mind to have female protagonist, I just want Desmond to be playable for then 10% of the game.

I find that unlikely since an MMO is a constant project. Work never stops on them. They'll have their hands full for some time.

I'm hoping for a cowboy RPG. Don't expect to get it though. Probably an FPS set in the modern day, most likely in a sandy environment.

It is Bioware's FIRST game.

The filthy hungry forum monster ate my first post.

A new Shattared Steel I always have thoughts of including BioWares direction since then. Think The original Mechwarrior (Battletech) games that were a rpg stratergy based game and kinda crossed with Xenogears.
You can have all the campnions with their own big smashy smashy robots.

I would even go for a Front MIssion game (the older ones) and would even lend my service to guard the BIoWare offices from the hordes of pitchfork torch carrying folks. Its a long dream.

Also its not DA2 related http://social.biowar...29700/1#8629763 so no expansion pack news there

You're probably right. They won't need as many people for maintaining the game as they needed for building the game but depending on how far they've thought out their new IP, we're looking at several years before the game releases, that's a long time to be pulling those guys away from SWTOR. Guess there's nothing to do but sit tight and wait. Cmon december 10th.

Bioware Ireland is where the SWTOR European servers and  customer services will be. They won't be developing a game there.
