I want it to either be a Steampunk RPG or Shadowrun RPG.
Modern day would be cool too.
Or a good Cyberpunk game in BioWares vein.
Agreed. The more I think about a Bioware take on the cyberpunk genre, the more I like it.
Even if your new project isn't cyberpunk-themed, you ought consider it in the future (no pun intended), Bioware. I'd get behind that in a heartbeat.

Would be interesting if it's a non-RPG.
That would be interesting, but I'm hoping for a RPG. I wanna roleplay:pinched:

I seriously hope for something similar to Uncharted just an RPG... I really am sad that we PC gamers don't have something as good as the Uncharted series.
THIS. I just watched the complete walkthrough of UC3 on youtube because I liked the story so much I actually enjoyed watching someone else play the game.
Forget 'RPG features', give us an ADVENTURE. Crafting, stats are boring, choices are good. It's not a RPSG (Role Playing Stat Game) it's an RPG and I don't see 'stats' anywhere in that acronym/definition.

Neither I, nor anyone else at BioWare (well... maybe Ray or Greg, but they're busy), can say anything. You will have to wait for the VGAs.
You could say something, you just would likely be forfeiting your job if you did so

The sticking point is that it might be an existing franchise, just a new one to BioWare.
They
could be picking up Stargate or Bourne Identity or Pitfall Harry. You
know, some established property that they haven't worked on before.
So it might not be a new IP (other than new to them.)
This is a very good point too. Just look at how EA and other studios seem to be intent on resurrecting old game franchises like XCOM or Syndicate. Its possible BioWare might simply be getting their hands on some old EA franchise that they have sitting around. EA certainly has enough old franchises collecting dust.
New Ultima game from BioWare? Eh, I'm guessing it'll just be a FPS with dialogue and cinematic stuff.

Indeed. BioWare are one of very few companies that do RPGs well and I'd rather have another game I know I'm going to enjoy than something completely different that is done well by other companies. It's selfish, I know. >.>

Just Imagine the locations. I kinda envisioned the game playing a little bit like the Street Fighter 2V anime TV show.
Imagine a young Ryu learnig all of his upgrades. The death of his Master, his relationship/ rivalry with Ken, his young stalker Sakura and his nemesis Sagat. The battle with the Dark Hadou and his hatred of Shadowloo. This game would be pretty neat.

(hey, you know it had to happen eventually)
Anyway, I just hope that the setting is post-industrial revolution (or equivalent).

All I want is something else to ****** off the "Bioware hasn't made a good game since Baldur's Gate 2" people.
What 10+ years of that is not good enough?

no because those people will have already be pissed at it no matter what Bioware does. If it isn't exactly like Baldur's Gate its not worth their time yet they keep coming back here expecting Bioware to go back to the old tired game style.
