I was buying the DLC for my Steam-purchased copy of the game and stupidly bought Cerberus when I already had it.  To be fair, I also blame the rather bizarre and convoluted hoops you have to jump through to get the DLC in the first place.  Why can't EA just sell addons via Steam like a normal person?  In any case I assumed if I was about to buy something I already had there'd be some sort of popup telling me I already owned that item, but in this case that didn't happen.  Any chance of getting a refund/how do I go about asking for one other than posting here?
