I seen cards for a Normandy Avatar prop on Ebay from NYCC, is that what your referring to? You would have to do that through Xbox live.

The Normandy replica comes with a card with a redemption code, but it doesn't state at all what it's for aside from "registering for updates" (which would be an odd thing to have a unique code for) with instructions to redeem it here at social.bioware.com. But the site doesn't accept the code.

I got one too, and it also will not activate. The card says:
"Thank you for purchasing an official BioWare product. Please register your product with your unique code on http://social.bioware.com/redeem/ to receive information and updates about the Mass Effect universe."
The error says: "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly."

I'm having the same problem maybe they haven't got the codes in the system yet. It was kind of funny I wasn't expecting the Normandy when it showed up today it's been so long since I ordered it I forgot it was coming out now.
