As you all know, after Mass Effect 3, Comander Shepard's story will be over.

I am trying to compile a list of a male and female voice actor who could realistically take the mantle of the next Mass Effect protagonist. To avoid Shepard clone, Jennifer Hale and Mark Meers are out of the race.

If you create a male protagonist: Daniel Craig
If you create a female protagonist: Claudia Black

What about having Mass Effect stop after ME3 and letting the team focus on a completely new game/series?

As for those actors, I wouldn't say no to Christopher Walken in any game.

I would rather have lesser known voice actors for the lead, and save the more well known people for other characters.

I played Spider Man 2. He was the awesome tourguide giving witty banter, advice and plenty of hints. He was also in the Evil Dead series or should I say he was the Evil Dead series. The kind of guy you want on your side when fighting zombies

I'm sure that I'll ****** some people off by saying this, but I hate Grey DeLisle's voice. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me. The only role I've ever liked her in was Azula, and that was because it made hating the character so much more fun.

Ambitious compilation of names is an understatement. Rather have a nobody, experienced VA than some Hollywood A lister who won't take the gig seriously.

Heresy, hearing her as Jeanne in Bayonetta or Elizebet in Ninja Gaiden II was like music to my ears. :happy:

She should have voiced femshep!

Hey! Martin Sheen and Keith David did great as VAs. Hollywood isn't all pretty faces.

The only problem with DeLisle is that her and Hale's "main character" voices (ie normal sounding ones as opposed to a wacky accent) sound very similar. So people would probably think of Femshep.

Hate to disappoint you but there will certainly be another Mass Effect game but it won't be by Bioware
