I sold the chestpiece by accident with a City Elf Playthrough at Ostagar, and now I cannot get it in that playthrough or any future playthroughs. The set still exists in previous playthroughs where the full set was already purchased, updated to 1.04 and force loading doesn't work.

That's where I got the suggestion for Force Loading from, but nothing I've read suggests it not appearing for any future games if a game accidently sells the armour early in the game.
