this is assuming that maybe he is not fully indoctrinated or maybe a way to reverse indoctrination is found

I personally think cerberus are the good ones - because they're the only ones seeing things clearly and reacting like everybody should. So I wouldn't be very happy to fight TIM or his special agents. I'd use every chance to work with 'em.

They are after you in ME3, and you would like to work with them?

Personally, I think TIM will cross Shepard's path on more than one occasion in ME3. Without Cerberus (as all his men are now indoctrinated), TIM is just Jack Harper. I'm hoping they give us the option to utilize him and his information during your missions. Or shoot him in the face if you want.

While I appreciate that he did try to save humanity, he tricked me too many times. I'm giving him to the alliance if I can, putting a bullet in his eye if I can't.

If one cannot save his mental state and one has to join Cerberus after you spare him, then no.
Otherwise, yes.

i hope its not a simple hey he is a bad guy lets kill him ME is all about complicated choices save the council or not save the collector base or not these may seem simple but when u think about it they can have so many consequences i would like this to be the case with TIM

As you have put this thread in this way, I would either let Alliance have him or take his sorry as to the cliff and shot him.

I'll never understand why some people think Cerberus are good guys after all the crazy things they've done. I was willing to give them a chance in ME2, and I'm sure most of them mean well, but the Illusive Man is a maniac that must be stopped. The organization could probably survive under new management, without the crazy. (edit: on second thought, maybe not - after ME3 it'll probably be too tainted to survive)CptBomBom00 wrote...

That said, I half expect if we get the chance to go after TIM, that when we get to his inner sanctum after having slaughtered dozens of his goons on the way, you'll come up behind his chair in a darkened room and it's empty, with a still smoking cigarette in the ashtray.

I'd drop him off on 2175 Aeia, to get some quality time in with Ronald Taylor.

Yes, but only because Shepard wants to take his place. Nothing personal. Or kill him for that matter. Whatever gets Shepard the job.

Depends on the situation. If he's indoctrinated I'll just shoot him and be done with it. However before I decide I would like to know what this is all about. Why does he oppose Shepard and why he experiments on innocent humans (ME1), killing them about 100% of the time, all this time claiming he's out to save as many people as possible.

Based upon what I know of him from the games, I'd consider it.
Based upon what I know from the extended universe, he'd die.

If he is indoctrinated, I'll kill him to end up his misery, no one deserves living like that, even TIM.
But if he isn't controlled by the Reapers... Well, I'll put a bullet in his head for being such an idiot.

That's an excellent question.
There will be a b***load of paragon or renegade points riding on that decision. Can't wait to see the interrupt, either.
Right now, no, not until I find out what the heck happened.

Illusive Man is most likely NOT leading Cerberus if they turned to the reapers,
meaning he IS likely to be running support for shepard's team, probably independently from SA.
His ultimate allegiance- and ultimate fate- are still undetermined.

Cerberus does have a point -- Most aliens that we've met so far are ****s to humans. While it may not seem moral to do the same to them...why the **** not?

My Shepard would try to arrest him, or failing that she would kill him.
