I'll probably save him in Paragade and Paragon games but in Renegade... Airlock the going hes in, Rearrange sentence...

I definately think there is more going on than "Well congratz Shepherd you saved the galaxy - again - now guess what... Cerberus is indoctrinated" There is either only some big Cells that are indoctrinated or Cerberus has made a deal with either Eclipse or Blue Suns for manpower indoctrinated them and fitted them out with Superior Cerbarus Armour and Weapons. All of Cerberus is completely and utterly indoctrinated would be a bit of a let down...

I'll laugh so hard if sparing him would be the paragon option, the hypocricy I'd see on these forums would be outstanding.

Ok guys, but the question is, did smaller cells knew about bigger ones being indoctrinated?

Based on what I've read about Evolution, maybe I would arrest him. TIM knows how to be good prisoner.

But honestly, I don't know. I need to learn more about Cerberus and what's really going on in ME3.

Illusive Man is most likely NOT leading Cerberus if they turned to the reapers,
meaning he IS likely to be running support for shepard's team, probably independently from SA.
His ultimate allegiance- and ultimate fate- are still undetermined.

Cerberus is organised in such a way, and has a limited amount of operations running at the same time for a reason. It's made so TIM can, if he desires, run every operation himself. Every cell has a leader/director, whatever you want to call it, who directly reports to TIM. Should that person be indoctrinated and decide to no longer do what TIM tells him/her to do, he/she could take over the entire cell. It wouldn't be long before a cerberus assassin shows up and kills the traitor however, allowing TIM to put someone else in charge who will still do what he says. I think TIM is definitely still running the show.

If he has useful info, but if he doesn't I'll bust a cap in his ass.

Depends on the situation I don't agree the extremism of TIM, but I really want the resources of Cerberus to help me in the Reaper war. If there is way to keep the resources of Cerberus without TIM then ya I'll kill him, but If the only way to gain those resources is if he's still around then I'll spare him. Rather take care of the main threat, and deal with Cerberus later.

Depends on his actions in ME3. If he proves to be a valuable asset to the cause he can live.

I'd pull a "Liara", and Shepard would become the new T.I.M. Seriously, that should be an option. I want-No, I demand that option. Who doesn't want to roleplay as the leader of a terrorist organization?
