Too little is known about TIM's specific circumstances. If he is willfully aiding the Reapers, then he's dying. If he is indoctrinated: Dead. If he has lost control of Cerberus or is pulling some strange gambit to defeat the Reapers, I'm probably going to let him live.

I still know nothing of his motivations. If he's indoctrinated, he's dead.

Death's to forgiving for these kind of people, instead put him on trial and let him face all the cruelty's that his organisations has caused, and then put him for the rest of his miserable life in jail.

After reading through the thread, I felt I should clarify my previous comments. I do not hate the Illusive Man (it takes quite a bit for me to actually hate anyone; I didn't even hate Saren, in fact at the end I felt sorry for him), but I certainly don't trust him at all. What I do or don't do with him will depend heavily on the events of ME3.

Based upon what I know of him from the games, I'd consider it.
Based upon what I know from the extended universe, he'd die.

The reverse is true for me.

The only thing I am wondering about is what style of execution it will let me use on TIM. If possible I will let Jack do the deed. And if not her than I will let one of the aliens on my squad do it. Probably Tali for revenge of the Acension incident.

Can they also face the consequences for the lives they've saved and good they've done?

My Shepard would try to arrest him, or failing that she would kill him.

Er, she couldn't in failing that fail to capture OR kill him?

No. Payback for Akuze, at last.

He'd have to pull a major flip-flop in character for me to let him live.

Holy balls, reading the comments, wow, I had no idea TIM was so hated.

Players have this silly habit of projecting all of Cerberus' crimes onto TIM.

E.g) on this very page, Pragia and Akuze.

That's...kinda the way it works when you're in charge: it's called responsibility.

Actually, I want to kill all of Cerberus.  I don't really care about TIM personally.

Payback for what? It's thanks to Cerberus that SS Shepard was able to become a Spectre despite accomplishing absolutely nothing unlike War Hero and Ruthless Shepard.

But, you see, he'll only claim the responsibility when it's convenient for him.

The whole "judge us not by our actions, but by what we're trying to accomplish" and all that bull****.

If a Mcdonalds employee starts hacking up customers the CEO should serve gaol time?

Yourself?

TIM will not die before being put on trial for his crimes, and the trial itself shall be presided over by a multilateral group of judges to ensure that human corruption does not let him walk free. What they do with him after the fact is not my problem.

I already murdered all of them in the Suicide Mission + Miranda. And no, not Shepard, as he's kind of the reason I went through all this trouble in the first place.

Depends on the circumstances and the Shepard I'm playing. With my main, I'll probably default to sparing unless (A) the only alternative is to let him off scot-free (bioware is terrible about this), (B) he convinces me Cerberus will be able to free him even if Shepard does arrest him, © he does something to really ****** Shepard off in the course of the game, or (D) he's dumb enough to pull a gun mid-conversation.

What I don't get is why people expect us to be grateful for the whole resurrection thing. It's not like he did it as a favor.

Not quite applicable. The cells were not autonomous.

If the employee did it on the CEO's order, then yes. You seem to think that things can happen in Cerberus without TIM's knowledge or consent.
