By tank, you mean the only character that will survive for more than five seconds out of cover. Grunt is the only character that survives in ME2. Everyone else is useless. Their powers either suck, or they stand out of cover.

Cover works better standing behind it, not on it. *cough* miranda *cough* And Tali, your shields suck, this isn't ME1 where you have 600+ shields and can survive out of cover indefinitely. Everyone else just stands next to a wall for protection instead of behind it.

Meh. I highly doubt he'll replace Wrex or Grunt for the entire game, and anyways, I'm more interested to see who's bigger, Garrus or Vega?

Traps seem more like an "infiltrator" sort of thing anyway. Soldier types might be good in setting up ambushes though.
