Actually there are tons of stuff about him in the leak and he's a permanent squaf member. His name just isn't "WindowGuy".

^This, but the shards of glass represents the shattered dreams of his fallen enemies. Several lifetimes of dreams that were shattered by several lifetimes of defferred dreams, up to and including the ultimately deaths that the enemies of Private Window met at his hands. The more people he kills, the more powerful his Shattered Dreams attack becomes.

Indeed. So far, there's a small side-quest/easter egg to free Pvt. Window before you escape Earth. But this could full well bloom into meeting said Private at a later date and recruiting him to the squad for his ground-shattering abilities and never-say-die attitude.

Imagine... A overwhelming force of goons are about to overrun Shepards position, then suddenly a figure comes out of a window. It is Private Window! He kills a few badguys, then waves at Shepard before phasing out.

Sherpard is on the run for cover but the enemies are pointing their guns at him. Is this the end of Shepards adventures? No! A woman suddenly appear right among the enemies. They fire at her, but she is already gone. This gave Shepard time to get into cover.

ME3 seems big on squaddies hooking up if they haven't been Shepard'd. I hope Private Window and Gmagz can hook up if this is the case. Gmagz can use his dollar store super glue and hella gud personalaty tbh to mend the cracks in Private Window's soul.
