I've completed Mark of the Assassin twice now, with my latest d/w assassin/duelist rogue and a primal blood/healer mage. I have yet to pinpoint some of the newer enemies elemental weaknesses and attacks (i.e. Wyvern, ghast, and some of the various humans).
(Please correct me if i'm wrong on any of these) I believe the wyvern is attacking with mostly nature damage, the gaurds are weak to fire, one of the elite ghasts are immune to spirit.
Does anyone have more insight about these enemies' elemental weaknesses/attacks/immunities?

Wyverns have no weaknesses or resistances. Their only properties in the gda are "increased health" and "increased physical damage." Their poison spit does nature damage.
Ghasts are considered darkspawn by the engine, so they're weak against spirit and nature.
The Ghast casters are considered Coterie by the engine, so they're immune to spirit.
Haven't checked the guards but if they're weak to fire they might have the "Kirkwall" type. Gimme a bit, I'll go check.

Ghasts are not just weak to nature damage, I think they are allergic to it. Sebastian with the huntsman bow slaughters them in seconds, Hawke using that bow is not even fair for the Ghasts.

Ghasts being considered darkspawn might have been interesting, if it weren't for their casters being considered Coterie... I suppose the designations are just arbitrary or to fit whatever set of immunities they're looking for. <_<

How/Where do you guys actually find out things like Ghasts are considered darkspawn & that the Velghastrial are considered Coterie, (codex?, website?, games programming?)

You know how on nightmare that if you attack a shade with spirit, you do almost no damage. That's a immunity. Similary the monsters have a weakness which the also have outside of nightmare.
The above posters mean that the ghastmages have immunities like the cotorie. (Spirit damage not good, but... I actually don't remember what was super effective).

It sounds like Quething is looking at a GDA table in the game files to find this information.

Yeah, that.
Also, some pain in the ass UTC sifting later, I come with the following additions to that info:
Crow assassins are Coterie type (weak armor, spirit immune).
Cahir is a Raider Reaver (electricity weak, nature immune).
Most of the duke's guards seem to be Kirkwall type (fire weak, cold immune).
The Sky Horror is just a standard undead as far as I can tell, doesn't even seem to be a proper Arcane Horror. Haven't been able to identify his various shadow buddies, however; they might be the "shadow trooper" utcs which would make them Coterie type.
