I just purchased the Overlord DLC, but cerberus network will not connect.  I tried signing in but it won't recognize my password even though the website does.  As soon as I start the game is says unable to authorize Overlord DLC and ask me to sign in with the account I purchased it.  I tried, it won't accept my password.  Please advise.

Additionally I reset my password through the game, and it still says it is the wrong password.

There is a relatively complete FAQ collection to review in the Stickies.  Do not skip over it.

(I don't do anything while game-playing, including not allowing the game PC to be connected to either my LAN or to the Internet, so I don't worry about Cerberus, and haven't made any habit of reading messages about it.)

If you have used special characters, such as @#$%^ in your password, it wont be recognised by the Cerberus Network.

i just purchased the cerberus network online, where do i find the activation code?

Check under "Profile -> Registered Game Content" and see if its listed there. If not, then check your email, and you will have to enter it in at "Profile -> Redeem promo code".
