Hello,
I've got a Bioware account and an EA account but even if I'm logged in to both in game I'm never able to get the logged in status in-game and I keep getting the message that I'm not connected to the internet and to try again.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Okay. Go to http://social.biowar...8/index/7280573
Find: a complete manual on how to get help that I have neither the time nor the energy to read
Try to google: site:social.bioware.com unable to log in
Get:2850 results, the first 10 pages of which contain only questions and no answers
Thanks for not answering my question either, helpful person.
PS I've come up with a solution for both my Dragon Age and The Sims 3 game issues: don''t buy EA games.

You know we don't care. We volunteer our time. We aren't paid to listen to crybabies whining about wanting everything spoonfed to them. If you want someone to gripe at, go tell EA.

When I buy a game I expect it to work, nothing more, nothing less. I've had times when I spent more time trying to fix the Sims 3 than playing it. Now I get another game that isn't working properly. And there are many people with the same experience. My complaints about Bioware/EA and this hopeless maze called a technical support forum are justified. When I buy a car I want it to work too without me having to fix its errors first.
Thanks you for your 'support", very grown up volunteer person.
PS American, right?

By choice, not by accident of birth.
https://help.ea.com/Dragon Age: Origins PC Technical Support. This forum is for fans and owners of Dragon Age: Origins to assist each other with technical questions. Official game support is provided by Electronic Arts.
