ok so i know mass effect 3 looks wicked cool. i cant wait to play it Dont get me wrong. Peeps. but i must look ahead of this and ask myself will bioware kill Mass effect at 3 like so many other trilogies of games. i crave mass effect i only hope maybe bioware can keep the fire burning in the mass effect world so that when mass effect 3 has been beaten played again and again. then people ask where's the next one ? you kno the feeling when you see a glorious franchise come to an end me i think i might suffer depression if mass effect is done forever at 3 i dunno i could just be crazy but what do you guys think is a third one enough for you for the rest of your life ? lol

Sure, milk it into mediocrity when the team could also create something fresh and new.

If the IP that is Mass Effect only had three games - it was already mediocrity.

That being said - I believe ME has many stories that could be told with this IP - but I am damn glad Shepard and the Reapers will be gone after ME 3.

I for one would like to see future games in the series exploring other aspects of the Mass Effect universe. Like the First Contact War or other events we haven't seen much of firsthand.

its damn impressive that bioware has 2 successful games in a row from the same new IP and is shooting for a third when many new ips never make it to the second game. bioware is doing almost everything right, more than i couldve hoped for. and still its not enuff...
