Im now trying to complete the game with paragon standing, but i've reaced a moment where my paragon points almost reach the last bar, but whatever mission im trying to complete next makes my paragon lvl to drop by half a bar.
SPOILER:
im now towards the end of the game and all i have left is helping Samara and Miranda and the reaper IFF mission. No matter wich of the 3 i complete, my paragon drops and i cant complete the miranda mission without loosing loyalty either of Miranda or of Jack. Is this a bug or... ?

Sounds like your save game is bugged. Try an earlier save and see if the problem still occurs.

I'm not sure, but do the bars actually degrade if your percentage of acquired/potential points drops? May be that.

The bars should only go down if if you change your spec for your class from the 100% to the 70% version. The bars only go up in numbers which means you can have 2000 in each(cheating I know) and have both bars filled even with exactly the same amount in both. Either your game is having a glitch or you are respecing your character.

Im not respecking, its strange, its going up and down. For example when i do the "missing cerberus operative" mission my paragon level drops significantly, like 1/3 a bar. Will post shots tomorrow.
