I'm fine if they replace her with ARIA. I can see her having similar skill sets i.e. the vanguard/adept type. Biotics + assault rifle. Aria's supposed to have commando training I think?

I never thought about it before but I definitely wouldn't mind having Aria as a squadmate but it won't happen. Our token Asari is Liara which I have no problem with.

Well Aria is going to be a squadmate for some missions, we've seen the screenshots.

Proof?

I really don't remember the name of the tread. And it's not from the leak. But I am seriously not lying. There was a screen of gameplay where arias face was one of the two squad members, it was really not Liara.

She is not complicated at all, just follows a messed up code that she thinks will make the society a better place, because she thinks that she failed the society by giving birth to Ardat-Yakshi. Some may like that of course. =)

I personally hate her code, and she IS her code, so I hate her.

That's exactly why I don't like her, she's just either right or wrong, she sees no in-betweens. Morinth is so deeper than her, shame she's not as well explorated as she could be. And Samara is very pretty, but Morinth looks exactly the same and has a prettier voice, so it's just win win for her.

What is exactly likable about a daughter who enjoys killing people with no purpose but entertainment and is so depraved so as to have learned to steal her mother's identity after killing her?

I don't know why they describe Jack a psychopath when Morinth is clearly a manipulative creature with no sense of wroth for anyone besides herself?

We've never had more than one alien species on a squad though.

I'm interested to see exactly how squadmates are gonna work. Hopefully we don't have to wait until March to get more concrete info.

Morinth is free, not bound by any codes and acts like she sees fit. She also doesn't kill for entertaiment. If Morinth didn't see worth in Shepard, she wouldn't have followed him risking her life at a suicide mission.

As I understand it, it's just a permenent squad of 5 so far? - Ash/Kaidan, Garrus, Liara, Vega, Tali.
And other squad members are going to be in the game as temporarry squad members for some missions.

Of course Morinth then tries to manipulate Shepard into melding with her, so she can kill Shepard.

Noo. I just don't understand how people can be so not far fetched. When a person kills somebody it doesn't mean that they wanted to!

Just think about it: Morinth would go on a suicide mission and risk her life that she clinged to for 400 years running away, for a CHANCE to MAYBE seduce Shepard so that he melds with her? She is also aboard an AI ship that will space her a few seconds after Shepard life signs have been lost.

1) Morinth is not suicidal.
2) Morinth is a dare devil, she took a gamble for both Shepards and her life, giving Shepard the reason to agree, but didn't act if Shepard didn't agree, and wasn't that upset about it.

Conclusion: Morinth doesn't want to kill Shepard.
