Who is Mordin´s replacement if he die in ME 2?
The krogan female quest looks like that we always need a scientist for that mission.
And has it consequences for this mission?
Maybe we have no so much time because this guy isn´t a genius and killer like Mordin.

No one can replace him. I'd say its harder to get the female krogan. Besides you let your teammates die then they can't help you in ME3.

Indeed. In which case Wrex has no inside source in the STG, and thus possibly the Salarians refuse to hand over the females altogether.

EDIT: I know Maelon can also die...I played the same game you guys did.

I hope that you'll just have to make due without him. If he died, you should feel the consequences, maybe even disabling you from completing the mission with the best possible outcome, damaging the war effort.

Not necessarily.  I think there will be a stand-in for Mordin.  If I had to guess based on ME2 dialog, I'd say it's probably Mordin's nephew.

Yes, I have considered that also. I was just suggesting a possibility.

I really hope BioWare doesn't do that though. There's no way Mordin's young nephew in university should be able to have access and pull in the STG.

Females are very rare, and don't get involved in the military. They are political leaders and focus on breeding, i believe. It's in the Codex.

I believe that is Mark Meer, the voice of male Shepard. It is just a placeholder for now.
