Wait, are there Female Salarinas or they all are males????
Females are very rare, and don't get involved in the military. They are political leaders and focus on breeding, i believe. It's in the Codex.
Do you think we get to see at least one in ME3????? can the salarian councilor be a female:huh:
I do believe so since normally, the rare salarian females are cloistered on their worlds out of tradition and respect. Powerful female Dalatrasses are dynasts and political kingpins. They determine the political course of their respective regions through shrewd negotiation.

It'll be the only other memorable Salarian character in the series from Mass Effect 1: Kirrahe ("Hold the line"). No doubt about it. BioWare likes to reward players for playing the the first games by weaving old characters into future story lines.

Most likely his nephew.

His nephew is only about 16. And Mordin says he's smart. But 16 is still young for a Salarian. And he says he's not a prodigy just that Salarians age different. I doubt it.
Either random Salarian or the Krogan species is screwed.

16 for a Salarian seems to be about late twenties to early thirties for a human. We are told that he just got tenure and Mordin and his family are very well connected. I am not saying it is his nephew (if Mordin is not there) but IMHO it certainly could be.

It very well could be Mordin's nephew - he may not be as high ranking as Mordin would be, but he could still be on the project.
