"Cheating"... I hate how they call it that with the VS. I know it's been talked about and re-hashed constantly though, so I won't bring it up anymore. Bottom line... we're gonna need a new Normandy.

If they meet in a Cutscene? Then I think the Chunky Salsa Rule applies. Sorry Ash.

If it's normal dialogue (or normal game rules somehow apply) Ash could safely kick Jack's ass so at least there won't be a fatality.

If you get back with Ash Jack'd probably never trust anyone again...

... that's why my Shepards can't romance Jack. Okay, I couldn't even when coming from ME1 without any active romance, none of my Shepards could: a relationship with Jack feels a tad unhealthy in my eyes. There is far too much damage to repair until Jack can trust Shepard and trust is a prerequesite for love. Although I concur Jack needs love to get healed, it's far too much work for Shepard and there's more stuff to do.

If the relationship between him and Jack ends somehow, Jack won't trust anyone again - like you said.

There will be no fight between Jack and Ash. Instead the two will plot the most vicious revenge against Sheploo short of killing him. They will spread how Shepard is a cheater all around the ship. They will cold shoulder Shepard in every attempted conversation. They will essentially ostracize him among the females aboard the ship.

But then again, will either of them really care? Jack won't care what went on before. And it was two years, and Ash did give Shepard the "you work for the enemy now" speech on Horizon in ME2, so can Ash realistically expect Shepard to carry a torch for her? No. Honestly, the meeting will be awkward at worst... unless Ash has a complete change of heart and decides to be Sheploo's #1 again. Which I doubt.

I take it as the height of arrogance for her to believe that Shepard cheated on her when, in my mind, she ended the relationship on Horizon after her melt down. Yeah, I slept with Miranda and I dare her to say one word about it. Ditto for my save when I got together with Jack.
 
Had the positions been reversed, Shepard would have been branded a bastard and that is especially so if he still thought that Williams should remain loyal to him and just have taken it without ending the relationship and finding someone else. Pardon me, but it seems like the logic is thoroughly screwed on this one.

I tatally agree with everything you just said. Ash was a ***** on Horizon. It wasnt oh my god your alive and just saved my life...again. She tore the Commander a new one. There is no way I would still consider myself in a relationship with anyone after that. Yea I know she hates Cereberus but if she trusted the Commander at all she would at least let him explain why he was doing it. I cant wait til she says anything about me and Miranda that way I can knoch her down a peg.

Seeing how Ash gave us a nice f*ck you on Horizon, then we get to know Jack, she's already in poor standing. That along with the fact that Jack is at Biotic God status, I envision an ackward conversation with Ash feeling sh*tty for how she treated her thought to be dead Shepard, followed with a high probability of pink armor turned into confetti all over the CIC.

What cheat? There is no cheat. When the words "You're a traitor" more or less came out the VS' mouth it was over. Hell it can be argued that when Shepard became space confetti that it was over. There. Is. No. Cheat.

I expect that if a meeting between Jack and Ash does take place, Shep will be running that confused-self-neck-rub animation for most of the conversation.

I will be truly surprised if Shepard's able to walk away without a limp from this. Neither Ashley nor Jack are people to take being cheated on quietly nor should they. If Mordin felt it necessary to offer medical advice regarding bone fractures with Jack, then there should be a brief cutscene of Shepard in the medical ward with Chakwas after a literal breakup.
