Through an unfortunate accident, my disc 2 for Mass Effect 2 has been torn up, and now is completely unplayable. I just want to know if it is possible to get just that disc replace, and if so, how much it would cost.

You should check the back of your instruction manual for the warranty information. In the UK there is a disc replacement service which costs a certain amount of money after the expiry of the warranty period (I think it's £10 here and while stocks last).
My gut feeling is that it might be cheaper just buying the game again (secondhand even) for a better cost effective solution.

I would just buy a new copy to be honest. If it is torn up, they won't cover it under warranty. Sometimes they have ME2 on sale for the 360 for as low as $10. Right now its $20 on amazon so you can bite on that, not a bad price to pay for a great game.
