Yeah it is a shame isn't it. Some people can't even take the fact that not everyone on BSN likes Tali too.

I love Grunt, he's an awesome character with some of the most amusing lines in the whole game. I really wish they had developed the whole mama figure for him because he is definitely the ideal kid for Shepard. His story may not be as developed as other characters but he is definitely memorable and amusing. I prefer him to several characters among them are Tali, Liara (pre shadow broker I love what they did to her later), Jacob, and Miranda.

My ideal squad for fun and amusement would be Jack, Grunt, and Garrus.

Grunt and Legion were my faves from ME2, however i felt more of a connection with Wrex and i liked his personality more.

They can fight to the death for my love, should be interesting...

Seems most Legion fans love Grunt too. I wonder why that is..

Grunt was a tough love for me. I wanted to give Grunt a fair chance, but he was overshadowed by Wrex. Also, Grunt's personality wasn't much different from any other generic krogan I had to kill in both games.

So in the end my feelings for him were "meh". He has potential but I don't see it.

If it had been up to me I would have made him a book-smarts krogan. Clint_johnston23's Mock Effect 2 gave me the idea. He'd be like Gorim in Dragon Age Origins. Same genetic perfection but with a personality similar to Polite krogan or Charr the Blue Rose of Illium poet. It sounds silly but it would make Grunt stand out from Wrex or any other krogan.

Me too. Grunt is such an underrated character. I loved pairing him with Jack, then hearing them scream "I will destroy you!", "I...am...Krogaaaaaan!!!"

What did Grunt do that Wrex didn't? I have no idea why they would introduce Wrex a clone without the subtle humor and personality of Wrex...and then name him Grunt of all things. F*ck Grunt, seriously. I want Wrex back on my squad.

Wrex was ten times the krogan Grunt was.

I never brought him along, only grudgingly do his boring loyalty mission, and rarely visit him in the hold. He's okay. I guess he's a good soldier and meat shield and tie to the krogan people but I'm not especially interested in him as a character. He does look cool. I'd rather admire his combat skills from afar.

Grunt was in my top 2 for ME2 squad members. It was nice to get a change of pace from all of the hand wringing or inappropriately romanced douchebags on the crew. A super Krogan with a great power set and funny lines is more interesting than Tali, Garrus, Jacob et al. Especially when he seems to revel in the fight as opposed to fearing it. His lack of malaise was definitely refrshing.

Grunt is up at the top of my favrotie characters list. He has the funniest combat lines, funniest loyalty mission and he's probably the most loyal character to Shepard in the series.
