Alright Slim, we get it.  You don't like Grunt, you think he's a clone of Wrex, that's fine, it's your opinion, but to keep arguing with people who have a different view isn't going to go anywhere.  Nor you or the other person is right, just different perspectives towards what they find interesting.

Samara is pretty loyal don't get me wrong, she has the oath of submission, but when it's over a renegade Shepard is first on her hitlist but If you listen to how he talks about shepard on Tuchanka, there's probbaly no one more dear to him than Shepard. Shepard is his battlemaster and he gets incredibly offended when Uvenk wants to recruit him "You spit on my name and you spit on Shepard's Now you want me because I'm strong?!" When he CHOSE his battlemaster, he could have chosen the great Urdnot Wrex, but he chooses shepard because she/he has no equal and he'll die for her/him no matter th alignment.

I think he's funny. He's a must when I go recruit Jack just for his dialogue when she breaks out of her cryopodthingie.

He does have some of the best lines. He is nothing like Wrex IMO, much more naive and feisty. I do hope he has a purpose though. I want some subliminal Okeer imprint to come to the surface in ME3 that he has go along with or overcome.

Samara would be compelled to kill you after the mission. That whole thingy called "The Project." Miranda says pre-FP that she's loyal to Cerberus first, you second.

I don't care much for Grunt but he's pretty clearly among the relatively more trustworthy squadmates, no matter how much you want to discount him for precious Samara.

He's loyal, and I like that. It's a rare thing these days.

Not to mention that it's not every day I get to be a battlemaster.

I love Grunt's VA, and the character is raw Krogan. Doesn't get much better. But I would trade him for Wrex if I had to.

I would too, but I'd feel guilty about it.

I liked Grunt. I liked how he eventually worked his way to understanding the tank images.
