Hi. I'm new here and I really enjoy the game. But, I am frustrated. I am on the quest to find the Urn of Sacred Ashes to save Arle Eamon. There is a door that needs a key to open it in the temple. I have found the key and [picked it up along with a black perle and chain boots. However, none of them show up in my inventory (plenty of room in the backpack) and I can't open the door because it keeps refering to the fact you need a key to open it.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
I really enjpy this game, but this frustration is dampening my enthusiasm.

Plot items should show up in the plot item -tab of your inventory.
As to your question, there are two keys and you need the first (south-east chamber key which you apparently have) to get the second (main hall key).
Edit: also note that spoiler questions should be asked in the appropriate forum (for which you need to register your game).
