Bioware, you better say something to ease my fears.

Some of it will definitely be different, but it will be amazing if the parts that I find ridiculous are changed before release.Someone With Mass wrote...

Story is a jumbled mess, if this is what Casey's vision for the finale of Mass Effect 3 is I'm done with Bioware.
How people can be this dumb is beyond me.
What part of "unfinished" "beta" and "inaccurate" can't you guys understand?
I'm still playing the game, but as I said, if the plot points revealed from this script regarding the characters are unchanged and how they best feel finishes the trilogy, I'm done with Bioware. If you can stomach and enjoy it, more power to you.

I really disagree with that kind of blind faith. There is nothing like a guarantee regarding the quality of ME3. And really, if you want to get down to this, you could assume that ME3 is going to be a trainwreck.
I also disagree with people using the terms "blind faith" and "trust" interchangeably. Earned trust is not blind faith. If I've liked every Bioware game I've played since BG2, how is it blind faith to suppose I will probably like the next one? I'm using evidence and past experiences to form my opinion, not arbitrary gut feeling.
DA2 is not even close to as bad as Cars 2. (And even then, are you seriously saying 1 bad movie out of 12 with the other 11 being great means Pixar isn't trustworthy? I don't follow.) One dud (and to me DA2 was not a dud-I actually think ME1 was weaker) in a lineup of multiple awesome games does not mean Bioware is spent or that ME3 will suck. If you look at Bioware's track record, there's still way more chance it will be awesome than sucky.

People are bandwagonners. Pixar screwes up once, and suddenly their entire track record is neglected. BioWare screwes up once (DA2), and suddenly everyone expects all their games to suck from now on. It's always the same nonsense.Ragabul the Ontarah wrote...

Is there anyone else who's read the leaked script that wouldn't mind another delay if it meant tweaking the story to not be such a jumble of bad ideas?
Um, yeah.
...all the people who like what they read.

I would be okay with another 1-2 months wait.

I'll be avoiding it all right alongside you.

Agreed. Half Life 2 was good, because the devs listened to what gamers were saying about the story. Bioware should do the same, even if it is quite late in the development cycle. It wouldnt take too much, though. The same enemies and all that would be good. But they need to do somthing. Especially about that deus ex machina that they put in there for god knows what reason, even when they said they werent gonna put one in.

I was being sarcastic, hence the herp derp after both of them. The idea is that both put out so many hits that one miss each doesn't sully their good names.

You know that the script leaked has holes in it since it and seems to be from a default selection of choices. The script also doesn't include results that could be transfered from ME2 if said character died during SM. And who is to say that he person who leaked this didn't add or take out anything?burr beer wrote...

Not everyone disliked it - Here on the good ol' BSN, negitive always out-weighs the postive either way.

Then there's the fact that it contradicts itself. I didn't make it even half way through but I saw mandatory character deaths reappearing later and people who you'd gotten on your side suddenly being against you.Genshie wrote...

This "script" spans the course of multiple revisions of itself, aside from the fact that several large sections are all marked with temp and test.

Also, for all you people are saying its jumbled up and got bad ideas, it was already said that the story was out of date. It was probs the story from when the game was going to come out first of all. Plus theres lots of holes because theyre editing it for us 'fans'. Theyre not going to spend loads of money and cause loads of hype to bring out a rubbish game we all hate. So get that pole out of your backside and just wait and see :}

Sorry I had to reread that but it seems like you and me are on the same boat here right? I mean the script doesn't even cover if you did this or that, had this person die, didn't have this person's loyalty and all that mentioned. An example being I doubt you would be running into Samara in ME3 if you chose her in ME2 and you are Renegade.KingDan97 wrote...

There's actually evidence of this kind of thing even in the video itself. For instance, Anderson mentions "Major Alenko" being aboard the Normandy just moments after you saw Ashley. There is no way this leaked stuff is universally representative of what to expect in ME3.
