I believe the Thane mission is one thing they've already confirmed they've changed. He has some mission involving the hanar now, I think.dreamextractor wrote...
Also, I am really, really curious about how the Udina Assassination mission would take place with both Kasumi and Thane dead.

I've had a skim over things, not the side quests and other things and I will say that the sky is truly falling....
Pfft, really though, a couple of things sound a bit iffy in the script, but then ME in general contains things like Space Cthulhu, fembots, blue monogendered aliens, giant plant creatures which spawn clones, strange space insects called Collectors.
Sounds like a bad acid trip... seems to have worked quite well so far though.
Considering we still have four months until release and God knows when in the development stage this was actually written, let alone what alterations have been made. I'm willing to wait until later on or a little after release when some more details come out.

Don't really understand why people are automatically assuming that every single death mentioned so far is scripted. Or why people are convinced that there are no alternate paths to any of these missions, apparently?

ALSO ALSO, I am really excited about that Prothean squad mate. I'm so glad it's real

Yes, what we've read and hate is simply us being trolls. We're not amused by things presented in the game, therefore we must be trolling by showing our dislike of said features. Let's all praise the dammed thing instead, I mean... it's only fair, right? One must praise the game they've never played, however must never hate upon it.
Why should they listen to you above the people who aren't happy, are you somehow superior to them?

Well, I guess some people think no one should be concerned at all about these things because in most likelihood those things won’t even happen. You remember how everyone was so worried about multiplayer and everyone kept saying, “Why are you so concerned? There is no proof mp will be in ME3! It’s just stupid rumor! Why is everyone freaking out over a rumor?”
lulz overreacting…..oh wait…

We werent presented anything, a sketch of a plot thats being confirmed as changed is causing people like you to trash on the developers an act like spoiled brats, you rush to conclusions without playing the full game and come here to the forums to cry at how much bioware offended you. Its ridiculous. Im not superior to you i just act sligthly more mature...

We were presented with information pertaining to the general idea behind the entire plot, the motivations of Cerberus, what the Citadel does, what companion will serve what role and who's indoctrinated / not, the endings and more. It's not a "sketch", it's far more than that and while it could've changed it shows what they've got in the works.
Which isn't what some posters agree with, which we're sharing on this General Discussion forum. This isn't the "We love everything you do" forum, it's about Mass Effect 3 as a whole. If you'd really be mature, you'd accept the fact that some people don't like what they're seeing from this document rather than being pissy about it.

Without saying too much, I will say that TIM's reason for "siding" with the reapers makes more sense now. It sounds exactly like Cerberus.
I thought those parts were pretty decent, actually. Well, there's some stuff that seemed weird without context, and other parts I hope they change, but even as-is I defintely think they can pull off an awesome game.Dave of Canada wrote...

The script they have for ME3 basically portrays the game as one big fan-******. It belongs on FanFiction.net net. They've catered to every childish desire of the fans without regard to characterization or sophisticated writing.
The only good part is the quarian/geth conflict but even that reeks of Bioware's internal bias against segments of the fanbase.
