Mostly its trolls hating on a game they never played and/or trying to scare people who wont read the spoilers about how "the plot is horrible" and "bioware is dead now". Dont listen to them thats all you need to know...

Yes, what we've read and hate is simply us being trolls. We're not amused by things presented in the game, therefore we must be trolling by showing our dislike of said features. Let's all praise the dammed thing instead, I mean... it's only fair, right? One must praise the game they've never played, however must never hate upon it.

Why should they listen to you above the people who aren't happy, are you somehow superior to them?

It's not all trolling as some people are genuinely concerned and don't have a lot of info at their disposal.  It becomes trolling when huge assumptions are made, lots of evidence/nuances are presented to the contrary only to be endlessly ignored and discarded.  It's one thing to be objectively critical of something based on the merits and context of it.  It's another thing to just ignore and twist facts to fit certain narratives ones become accustom to.

Or worst of all:  One day complain about having not enough of one thing and once new info is available showing it's there, turn around and complain about there being too much of said thing.  All in an attempt to support the notion that EA and by extension Bioware/ME3 sucks.

Not more than two days ago, people were complaining that there wasn't going to be any real choices that had an effect on the storyline or made people think, because it was divined from the leaked beta (and specifically action mode) that ME3 would be simplistic.  Now with the leaks of some hard plot decisions, I swear i'm seeing some of the same forum members now complaining those decisions are too tough on the player.  I thought that was what you wanted?  More Virmire/realistic choices.

Right now it's pretty apparent the Story leakage is a rough version of the dialogue with very little plot/choice deviation.  I think it's fine to judge the main plot twists in general since those are least likely to change in the final game. The actual dialogue itself is shaky at best it seems, when I hear there's a difference between the leaked beta gameplay itself and the datamined dialogue for those missions already.  I could be wrong on that one since I cut myself off from the info last night.  Only getting the "chatter" now.

I am still highly anticipating ME3, mind you I only read a small amount of the `spoilers.`

Well, they have said that there's no On/Off switch for the Reapers, and that's pretty much what TIM wants.

Though, I have to admit that bringing the goddamn Citadel to Earth is pretty damn stupid and pointless and too silly for anyone to take seriously.

Actually his goal can be achieved by sheppard and if sheppard isnt there he couldnt possibly fail.

Their goal is being bad at everything and they achieved that long ago.

So much rage in this thread. If I wasn't so jaded after fifteen years of the the worst the internet has to offer, I'd feed on it like mad.

Tell me Saprah did the ME series EVER satisfy you,

No, I hated it. That's why I played the ****ing games and registered on these forums to talk about the games. I'm a masochist and I wanted to suffer. There's not one single good thing about it.

Okay, I jest.

The universe is great. The first game was great. ME2 had great parts but dropped the ball in other areas. ME3 looks terrible. The only way that will change is if they significantly rewrite large portions of. They aren't going to that though becuase they've already developed a fair amount of gameplay centered around it.

What are the inconsistences you found with the me3 plot? tell us what is your problem with it, dont just call it a piece of garbage or fanfiction without actuall quote for plot points you find mediocre. If you cant do that youre just a troll trying to bash a game you never played in your life...

Wow, it was so terrible that I didn't even feel bad about spoiling it while I read it. Seriously? The people on this forum have come with mind-blowing ideas compared to this. Get EA, your garbage writers, and this PC mentality out of Bioware. Been a fan since BG2, I'm done.

Its the invasion relay.  Of course it makes sense, it doesn't make sense to you.

People have a hard time separating their opinion from fact.  Its not stupid and pointless, you don't understand why it's done.

Spoilers!
Spoilers!
Spoilers!

I'm not sure whether or not they have changed the ending since, but the endings pretty much describe it as being such. Shepard has the ability to take control of the Reapers and make them leave Earth.

I doubt I need to tell you because Dave has probably already covered it.

Let's go with Udina though. He is turned from merely an antagonistic support character with understandable motivations to a one-note villain due to Bioware playing the indoctrination card. No depth there and the only reason they did that is to satisfy the fans who want to kill him for not kissing their ass.

There was never any need or justification to turn him into a villain (at least not in that way). He could be villainous enough just by being pro-human without making him an actual enemy.

HURR HURR, HILARIOUS. As much as I dislike mainstream anime, if there's one thing FMA got right is that it had a well-written plot. I am disgusted how you guys just take everything Bioware shovels in your face. DA2, casualization of Mass Effect, TOR being a carbon-copy of WOW, Day-1 DLC, costume packs, online passes, etc. You don't even debate it, you just go "MAN STOP HATING BIOWARE IS TRYING THEIR HARDEST THEY CARE." No, they don't. They've lied and BS'd their way to Mass Effect 3. Everything we warned them about and have been reassured upon was a complete lie, they don't care about anything except for money.

Considering that the Reapers have processing ships and that future organic races can discover the Citadel much earlier than intended and without the use of mass relay technology, which pretty much undermines the whole reason why the Reapers are targeting the advanced races to begin with?

Yes, it's stupid.

Maybe the fact that the Reapers are stopped by an off switch? Maybe the fact that the Illusive Man/Cerberus has no depth and is "HURR DURR PRAGMATIC LOGICAL WE ARE JUST LOOKING OUT FOR OURSELVES." They completely dropped the ball on character depth, everything is just a straight-forward idea of morality.

Did you forget how the reapers always start by taking races leaders first? how they trick people into serving the reapers in order to be spared? The first thing the reapers should do if they have minimal inteligence is indocrinate the humans leaders and convince them to support the reapers... Did you even pay attention to ME1 plot?

How long have you been here for? They've kept this act up for 3 years now, it's time to accept the fact. I will return here after the release of ME3, and if I hear anyone trying to justify things they are displeased with by saying that Bioware is "trying", I will flip.
