This is not BioWare's fault. It was Microsoft that leaked the beta in their Fall Xbox Dashboard Preview and it seems that the Russian website extracted all this stuff from beta files.
To put it another way, I wouldn't trust Microsoft with my damn credit card number, so I find it odd that Bioware would trust Microsoft to safe guard a beta with a huge amount of plot information in there.

Of course its a beta. And I was not talking about the glitches missing textues etc. I was talking about the voice over was terrible in my opinion. And voice acting is very very important in a game for me.

Microsoft owns X-Box. They probably don't have a choice. Still, sad this has happened to BW. I know they are not happy. Though it is a little ironic, so many have been screaming for just a taste of the story elements of ME3 and now there's all this.
I read a couple of spoilers, mostly some paraphrased on the BSN forums. Only one thing gave me a "seriously? WTF" feeling. What I am hearing about a lot of auto-dialogue, linear story and can't choose squad mates, well let's just say, I hope that is the outdated stuff that will get changed. Still, I guess it all has to be taken w/ a grain of salt.

I think we need to distinguish the terms "beta" and "demo".
A beta is an early release that is not representative of the final product. Its purpose is to give players a glimpse of what the game will mostly be like, while leaving open the possibility of changing multiple aspects after testing.
A demo is a representation of what the final game will be. It's thoroughly tested and ready, and no bugs/fillers/whatever are left, because it's essentially an advertisement.
What we will be getting in January is a demo. What players got access to is a beta of a demo.
We really cannot judge the final product by a beta of a demo.
