Same here. Cheers for the info Admiral
What annoys me is that certain people can't accept that there are still people out there looking forward to the game after reading the leaks. It's also pretty damn arrogant of people to come onto Bioware forums and blatantly insult Bioware employees like Marc Walters and such. Thing that makes me laugh are the people trying to sound dramatic with their "oh i'm cancelling my pre-order" speeches. What exactly does that prove? I bet come launch day they'll be first in line to buy the game. For people that think Bioware are so useless when it comes to making games and stories, i'd love to see them go and get a job at Bioware so they can taste just how tough working on a game is. Certain people need to get off their high horses - the way they talk they honestly think Mass Effect has been made for them and only them. Just because you come to the Bioware forums doesn't give you the right to constantly insult the work that Bioware have done - no matter how hardcore a fan you think you are. We don't even know how much of this info has made the final draft of the game and already certain people are labelling it a failure.
What rubbish. I personally don’t care if anyone else is or isn’t excited about the game. I care about
my experience and
my experience alone. It annoys you that some people are dissatisfied? They have as much right to be concerned or dissatisfied as you have to be giddy and pleased. They have played Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, the same as you. They have invested as much time as you. They will be spending the same amount of their hard earned money on Mass Effect 3 as you are going to. Why on earth would you think that their opinions and concerns don’t matter?
And please, show me the quote from Terms of Use or anything else that states all who come to this forum must sing every praise and can never voice concern over issues? As I said, I don’t care about your experience. I care about mine and if I see something that worries me or that gives me pause, I will voice my concern over it. I love Bioware and I desperately want to love Mass Effect 3. I want it to do well. I want it to blow my mind when I play it. The spoilers I have heard about make me scratch my head and think, “wtf is this?” I have that right. Maybe it will be unfounded, I hope it is. Until then, I am basing
my opinion on what I see. Just because
you come to the Bioware forum doesn’t give
you the right to dictate how other fans should feel and how they express themselves. Maybe
your high-horse is getting a bit tired. Give it a rest.
