Thank you Cheez, but I would REALLY like you to stop being so enthusiastic, even if what you read was godly. I saw what you posted in the Jesse Houston spoiler thread and I was squirming in my seat.

I know all of the twists.

The magic is gone, but with enough caffeine or blunt head trauma, and it'll all go away.

I am very enthusiastic, yes, but holy crap, I want to play this so bad.

There are also parts I am going to HATE FOREVER, but hey, no spoilers.

Why does the OP make me think of "Oh, The Places You'll Go!" by Dr. Seuss?

Are there any Boom Bands nearby?

I dont think we have read the same thing.

Because so far, it seems that most of the plot points negates every choice you have made in ME2.

Not sure how you can come out so positive from the story leak.

How do you know, OP. As it is often said to me (not by you, I think you're very understanding in freedom of voice), did you play the game? Because I honestly just think me and many others are making a fairly reasonable assessment and formulation of a perspective by just analyzing the known facts and realizing it is extremely alarming and disappointing.

I question, among other things, the rushed and sloppy writing in the beginning of the game. Very disappointing.

The mission outlines alone, bro.  The sense of adventure in ME1 is back.  Missions are complex, and sidequests aren't cut-and-dry again.

*yawns.needs sleep but recent events keep pulling me back in* Regardless, we all know that ME3 will rock HARD. Now, all Bioware has to do is polish it up, and get some beyond CIA levels of internal/external security meassures in place to keep this from happening AGAIN, and all will be well. Night night! Guys.

This game is huge.

Wow.  I mean, wow.

Your decisions really, really matter.  And you won't believe who's coming back, the places you get to go, the things you get to do, who lives and dies, who's siding with whom and why...  For a sh*tty rough outline, this is gonna be amazing.

This is AdmiralCheez, tell you personally that the game has not been ruined.  ME3, judging by a very early implementation of its storyline, is going to rock and rock hard.  And, looking at the gameplay footage, combat and squad banter has been improved 300%.

There were some parts that were a bit blah, but no worse than what we've already dealt with and nothing so facepalmy as the Lazarus Project.

And I can guarantee you will f*cking cry.

Big ridiculous seconded.  I am so stoked now I'm renaming my recently born son Shepard.

*shrugs*

Stories are still powerful even if you're spoiled. It's not the end of days if you're spoiled.

That being said, I'd much rather be a plot virgin coming in than spoiled. Hearing a positive opinion from a spoiled person is reassuring, at the very least.

Imagine the geth segment with both Legion and Tali dead.

Blunt head trauma? I have something better, it's called Skyrim and Saints Row. I know I'll forget anything I may have glanced at in 4 and 8 days respectively.

...we saw the beta of a demo. We basically saw half-finished dialog throughout - the final product will be much better. SO MUCH BETTER THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE.

Yeah, with so many differnt versions of the same events its obvious that things you did prior will have an impact.

Arkham City's already out, though. I've already beaten it. So I don't think it belongs in that list.

Doesn't matter I still need to get it and it is one of the games I'll personally be playing.

Sure some of that stuff might not make it through to the final game, but weren't you concerned you would probably ruin the experience?

You snapped out of curiosity, didn't you?

And the fact that its supposedly a rough breakdown of the game means that there is things about the story they've refined since then. So its actually going to be AWESOMER than what has been leaked.

Wait a minute...

How big are these spoilers that have been leaked? Are they relatively minor? Or is it of the same proportions as say, being told that Vader is Luke's father before watching Empire Strikes Back, or that Bruce Willis was dead all along in the Sixth Sense?

Because if these are massive spoilers we are talking about, I'm about to go into self-imposed exile from the BSN until after the game's release. It would be the only sure fire way to have the story not ruined for me by some fuxktard who would create a thread to discuss the spoilers, with those spoilers in the thread title.
