Nah, I have my own story that I've prepared in case of not being able to ally with Cerberus.

I guarantee if you play on Veteran or above that you'll get killed by Cerberus from time to time. Each time they kill you it is a universe in which Cerberus won. You only win because you cheat! When Cerberus loses they can't load their last saved game.

Personally I'll be playing on isanity so that Cerberus is as tough and skilled as possible. Each time I get killed instead of getting frustrated I'll offer a smug smile of satisfaction.

Not trying to sound mean or anything (again, didn't sound d*ckish in my head) but you Cerberus guys are funny.

So by playing Renegade I'm just getting fewer cameos? Figures.

Yep, when you kill folks they stay dead.

...life's a b*tch, ain't it.

sorry, that sounded less d*ckish my head.

It is messed up if a Renegade playthrough really isn't anything different from Paragon save a few missing squadmates.

I like Cerberus. I don't agree with their methods, but I agree with what they are doing.

Please don't compare me to WH40K. I hate WH40K.

You should take up the challenge though. Play on Insanity and give Cerberus a fair chance. Xilizhra is gonna do it.

They'll get her and I'll rub it in her face!

I'm more talking about the fanatics like Saphra or Seb, with their own separate headcanon for what happens in-game.

ME needs a Darkspawn Chronicles equivalent. Perhapse the co-op will allow you to play on the side of the Reapers? So that you can *decrease* your Galactic Readiness level by playing? I would applaud that. It would be refreshing.

I don't like Cerberus enough to give them a fair chance.

Besides they're going to be so much fun to kill.

I didn't know you were friendly with Xil. Whenever I see you or her I think of Kaiser...it's probably because of the TIM thread.

The
coward's way out, huh? For your Shepard to be interesting s/he needs to
be challenged. Worthy enemies make for worthy heroes. A hero is only as
great as their villain.

Well I wouldn't say "friendly". More like "civil". Professional.

I don't know what kind of "head-canon" Ionlysignin thinks I have regarding Cerberus. I'm actually okay with them being antagonists, in principal. I just want it to make sense. As long as Cerberus is true to their goals and motives I can't complain (as much). I'd still like my Shepard to be able to throw in with them because he has no reason not to.

Oh, but Xil's way of thinking pretty much makes her an opposite version of Saph - Bizarro-Saph, if you will. Dave, on the other hand, seems to most obvious pick to be her rival in the DA section, whereas Sebo and I assume that role on all matters pertaining to whateversexuality in ME3.

I don't know, I think Shepard's killed enough at this point to be powerful enough to just wade into the melee and absolutely wreck his enemies.

My villains are the Reapers.

Cerberus is an annoying distraction.

Yeah, you're right. I have trouble imagining you "friendly" towards anyone, ha ha.

I feel that Cerberus has been extremely poorly handled: relatively small terroist group, then group with a fantastic space station and that plasters their logo on everything and works with Shep, then to a freaking army that now wants to kill Shepard. It's just...off.

I need to break my ME3 info blackout and come to these forums more often. This I gotta see.

EDIT: In the sense that I want to see what Bizarro-Xilizhra, as Saph would reciprocaly be, is like. I'm already quite familar with her and her ways.

Oh I wasn't assuming anything.

The only thing that I don't like about the way Cerberus is treated in ME3 so far is how Shepard/the player has absolute zero influence over Cerberus. I enjoyed being able to influence Cerberus in ME2. It's far easier to win a card game when you see the hidden cards from every player, no? It's like Shepard is suddenly struck blind in ME3. Boom! You suddenly don't know what Cerberus is doing and why they do that any more.

This.

It's far easier to know about something when you're part of it, no?
