Maybe they shouldn't, but they still will.

Ok. Someone at Bioware or Microsoft, either or both, f***ed up, and has damn near killed all but a little of my hype for this game. Why the f*** did this information reach the net?!
It didn't for me, now I want to play that game even more. I want to see if those spoilers are true and if they are, how things play out in the game. So I still want to see it with my own eyes, still want to do those decisions, still want to go for the "perfect ending".
Guess I just wanna play that game no matter what's going to happen.

Because the beta was made available when it shouldn't have been, to people it shouldn't have been. After that, MS and Bioware couldn't do a damn thing to stop it. If you want the trivial, obvious explanation: because someone put it there, that's why.

Yes, I think BSN is kind of ruined until launch for me too. The most innocents threads could contain those spoilers now.

If I had the game pre ordered, reading that document would have got me to cancel it.

While I agree that too much of ME2 was given away before launch, I have been feeling a bit starved for any quality information this time around. The folks at bioware are, imo, going from one extreme to the next.

Things are still to be changed or modified anyway, it's over 100 days till it's released.
Plus, how do you expect to not find anything out on a forum for ME?
A lot of people come on here to find out new info about a game they are excited about and then discussing it with people all over the world unless i'm missing the whole point of a forum?..
If you're that much of a ME fan, it still won't ruin it for you and you will still enjoy it as much as before you found out.

I dont know why your mad. Those hackers saved you money. Bioware was marketing about how great choice is and ramble about your story. Now we see its not the case. And the writing... Well Im not even going to bother.
If I had the game pre ordered, reading that document would have got me to cancel it.
I'd like to read this 'story' people are moaning about.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was lies anyway.
Have you got a link for it?

One mans spoiler is another mans press release.
Simply by coming to these forums, you spoiled it for yourself. You could have gone along and avoided all forums, and gaming news sites if you wanted to live without spoilers. You didnt. Stop blaming others for something that is purely your fault.
So it's us to blame because of some dick showing major spoilers for no reasons but to be a dick?
On some level yes.
If the minute a user who did not want to be spoiled saw the words "leak", they should have left and the leaks have bene coming for a few days now.
