Hi,
I purchased Dragon Age origins (PS3) a few weeks ago and have been playing through it. I recently checked the online store to look at any DLC I might want and in the description for Stone Prisoner it mentioned that some games came with redeem code. Lo-and behold I checked my game pack and I found a voucher for Stone Prisoner and Dragon Armor.
I fretted when I raed the expiry date (1.5 years ago) but decided to give it a go anyway and unlocked the Dragon Blood Armor. That's worked just fine. I tried to unlock the Stone Prisoner in game but it told me my code was invalid, so I tried it on this social.bioware site and it worked!
Except it didn't. It hasn't been added to my profile and now if I try it again it says that it's already been entered.
I tought maybe it was just expired so I looked around on the forums to find a lot of informaiton about bad downloads or downloads being unavailable and within that lot I found a few people saying that the expirey date had been removed on all the codes.
I just wanted to post here to be sure that there wasn't some other issue I could get help with.

hey, i have the same issue, only with pc version. If you go to the profile page and click "my registered content", does the dlc show up for you too? mine does but the download link is gone,, there's only a "---"

No, it does not show up in my registered content. The blood armor does, but not the stone prisoner.

Same thing here - Everything else downloads nicely... A grain of salt though - the automatic downloader in game does nothing for some reason, however the online store does download everything. But the stone prisoner says "---" I've tried to redeem the game code, AND tried buying it (1200 points - bit pricy when nothing happens)

Looking at your profile, I noticed you have not registered your Dragon Age Origins game. To verify this, check under my avatar. When you register a BioWare game your receive a special icon for that title.
To register a PS3/Xbox 360 copy of a game, look on the back of your game box. Find the UPC (barcode) number. It should be twelve digits total (including the little numbers on each end). Sign into http://social.bioware.com and hover over My Games. Select Register Games and register your PS3 UPC code in the appropriate version of the game in question.
Registering will assist with DLC issues in some cases. Please post back if you need further assistance.
