Here's a running list of the glitches I've encountered with a bit of regularity:

1. If you are prone to skipping dialogue, sometimes when you stop to listen it won't be able to find the dialogue sequence and you will be forced to skip that one.  I've also had it happen one time with the noble backstory, where dialogue between my mother and Ser Gilmore (whatever his name is) wouldn't play, and so the door to the other side of the castle remained locked and I couldn't escape.

2. For some odd reason, items sold to stores and stored in the chest in grey warden's keep will occassionally upgrade themselves.  While it is really cool on occassion, because you may eventually be able to have a dragon bone executioner's helm, or a dragon bone Highever Shield, etc etc... it is - unusual, and definitely a glitch.  Right now I'm looking at 2 iron daggers I sold to the quartermaster which, upon revisiting the shop and looking at the buy back menu, have miraculously become grey iron, and a grey iron longsword, which has become steel, and a dozen other accidentally upgraded items.

Anyone else finding these or any other replicatable glitches?
