1.) GTA San Andreas, Final Mission. It was a multistage epic that included a difficult car chase, epic shootouts, and the death of Samuel L Jackson!

2.) Dragon Age Origins, Battle of Denerim. I loved summoning my allies during the rooftop battle, fighting back hordes of darkspawn.

3.) Oblivion, Whodunit?. Basically a version of "And Then There Were None" that has multiple fun ways to complete it.

4.) Uncharted 2, err... everything. That game made every mission epic. :wizard:

5.) MGS3, Battle with The End. Soooooooo fun, but really hard. I spent hours trying to kill him.

lol I should've said this.   As much as I love the train bit.  It really is very short especially in replays.  The entire game is one big epic thrill ride.

I've never finished GTA San Andreas, the last missions were too difficult for me to finish!

About Dragon Age, yes I remember I had Dwarves, Golems and few other allied factions. It was also good.

Deus Ex Human Revolution - Tai Yong Medical, (above the Pangu)
Great ambience, sound and Visuals. Plenty of choices, a beautiful view of Shanghai, and some fun
lazer-dodging, what more could you want?

Mass Effect 2 - Haestrom Mission
Great location, epic combat music, and the combat itself always seems slightly more intense here as well.

Crysis 2 - the first half of the game
This game has perhaps the best soundtrack I've ever heard in a game, and the majority of this games' missions truly got my adrenaline going. Truly EPIC. Mind you, I did play on 'Post-Human Warrior' difficulty.

Call of Duty 4 - the missions in the Middle Eastern City
They were cool and exciting, not really much more to say.

Many more, but for the last one I'll go with Ilos in ME1.

1. Gears of War 3 - Myrrah Final Boss Fight

It's got suspense, tactics, and when you finally win you're like "**** yeah! take that witch!"

2. Wind Waker - Ganon Final Boss Battle.

The finished is just so awesome, pictures can't even capture the awesomeness.

3. Metal Gear Solid 4 - Meryl Silverburgh Wearing a Wedding Dress

This was my favorite part of the entire game, that dress really accentuated her curvaceous arms and upper back. ^^

4. Blue Dragon - Zola Turns

At the second part of the final boss fight, you learn that Zola was given a part of Nene's soul and that she was working for him. But it turns out as she was traveling with Kluke and co, she learned that she had the power inside her all along and when he goes to get his spirit back, she had cast it aside.

5. Final Fantasy XII - Yiazmat

Boasting 50 Million+ HP, you're in the fight of your life with this one.

Some people ran away and came back to fight Yiazmat... Well, I took down all 50 million in one go. And people were saying it took them hours to do it, I think one person posted 4 hours... I defeated him in a measley 30 minutes. The entire game took me between 111 and 132 hours, forget exactly how long, to do everything.

Yes lots of great gaming missions mentioned so far ^_^

More I thought of

Deus Ex: The The breakout from the secret base below the underground UNATCO base, time for payback

Neverwinter Nights: Cant remember the mission's name but it was the one with the ghost village if that rings any bells. I found that very touching. Note to self: must reinstall NWN again :)

Homeworld: This was packed with great moments, another wasThe Return To Kharak. Sets up you to get revenge on the Taiidan
Half Life 2: Ravenholm "We dont go to Ravenholm" I was never so glad to see the daylight again! :?

The Thief series: Difficult to pick just one here as all the games had great moments, but I guess I will go with the Cradle from Thief 3 :bandit:

The woods east of Port Llast I assume.

I hope I didn't lose my laptop save game files (I've been in middle of chapter 2).
