 No matter what I do (reinstall, re-play, reload) I can't exit this mission. After displaying Mission Results and exiting those, I'm back inside the mission in front of Shaman. Then I visit the Krogan in charge, and then go back to the shuttle and nothing happens. This is all after completion of Mordin's loyalty mission. My mission acount says every goal was accomplished, and yet I'm stuck.
F-key does not work either... and never worked before, BTW.
What do I do? How do I continue this game. I've never had a prob like this with any other game I've played on my computer.

If you are back in the main base area you should just go to the shuttle and press the use key to use item on the shuttle, similar to opening a door or data pad.

I haven't ever heard of it not working, but I guess it could.....That area is a main hub area, not so much a mission area to f-key out of. You should leave the same basic way you did Omega, by activating the exit and getting a cutscene of you flying off.

Maybe you still have side quests to turn-in? Like the scout rescue or the turbine? <shrug>

Side missions will not effect being able to leave that area, because it is a hub world. Side missions don't stop you leaving Omega, or the Citadel and have never stopped me from leaving hub areas.

Thanks for your response, guys. The only thing I didn't finish was killing pyjaks. But, as you said, it shouldn't matter.. When I go back to the shuttle and press "use" all I get is an offer to change a member of my team.
I wish one could implement some kind of cheat to circumvent this mission, like saving the results of the mission and then just going to the ship.
I wonder if I should make a clean re-install. Some game files might have gotten corrupted. What are the files where the info on the game progress gets saved?

There is a known bug where not killing the pyjaks can affect Grunts loyalty power not activating, but I havent heard of it preventing you from leaving the area.

Load the save that is labelled "Restart mission", make sure you kill the pyjaks first, and then head off and do Grunts loyalty mission.

The files that save your game progress, are the save game files located under My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 2/Save

The pyjak/loyalty power bug was fixed in a patch.

Thanks again. I wonder if I should do Grunt's loyalty mission first and then proceed with Mordin's mission. Maybe then I'll be able to get out of this area.
