 Post your top BROMANCE (which doesn't have to be with JUST male characters) for ME 3. For my manShep it's:

1. Liara.
2. Wrex.
...and...
3. Ash.

Liara - main reason for her is because she actually wants to know how Shepard feels, especially after everything he's been through.  It was a nice touch and it showed off that the "unbreakable" hero can have his/her moments.  I also hope more squadmates will do this, regardless of them being your LI or not.

Oh who don't I have a bromance with in Mass Effect? But the clear and obvious winner is Garrus Brokarian. Garrus IS the Turian word for bro. In this order on the Bro list

1. Garrus Brokarian & Bronot Wrex
2. Legion of Bros & Mordin Brolus
3. Bronot Grunt & Thane Brios
4. Kasumi Broto
5. Zaeed Brossani
6. Samara
7. Jack & Jacob
8. Kaidan Brolenko & Ash
9. Miranda

PS. Liara and Tali aren't on here because they're my LI's otherwise they'd be tied with Legion and Mordin on the Bro scale. Vega will be worthy of the list once ME3 is released. He'll most likely be tied with Grunt and Thane

Depends on my Shep:

Canon Fem Vanguard- Garrus/Tali (Shepard's allies since the beginning)
Male Soldier- Grunt (war buddies and fellow soldiers)
Male Engineer- Jacob (level headed, calm men)
Male Infiltrator- Zaeed (both are renegade merc types)
Male Vanguard- None...spends too much time with the ladies to bother
Fem Sentinel- Samara (enjoys her company as a SisMance)
Fem Adept- None...she's too evil too care about friends

My personal Bromance- Jacob all the way. He doesn't whine like Kaidan, doesn't have a Mary Sue turnabout like Garrus, isn't a stalker like Liara and has a conscience unlike Zaeed. His only contender would be Kasumi.

I'm sorry to say, but they're not. 
I found this (as well as other types, even Saren) on DeviantArt.
You'll either have to make one yourself, or if you know anyone, try and get them to make one for you.

Garrus. He's like the Chris Tucker to my Jackie Chan. He's my buddy cop that provides comic relief.

Second is Wrex, just because c'mon. He's like ultimate bro-material. 

And third would be Kaidan for my loose-cannon renegade Shepard in order to balance out the karma meter.

These 3 are always cool in my book, no matter what Shep I choose.
