Just started playing Orgins again, and lm half way thru the game[curse you Deep Roads], and lve still yet to see/find/whatever the items you get for completing the DLCs[Witch Hunt,Darkspawn Chronicles,etc].
Ive completed them all.

Where are they suppose to be or appear?

You should have items right at the start, if you've unlocked them through achievements.

In this thread of similar trouble on a PS3, the original poster ended up removing all his DA data and starting from scratch.
