ME3's not my most anticipated game of all time. I don't know what is. Deus Ex: HR was one of my most anticipated of this year earlier, tied for the top with Skyrim and Saints Row the Third.

I've actually tried to think about my history with games and come up with a list of my most anticipated ever. It's hard to really judge simply on memories from my childhood and compare them with now, considering I have a job and a car and can just get what I want when I want it. Oftentimes for older games I had to wait until Christmas, my birthday, etc.
But anyway, here are my most aniticipated... Sadly very few of them lived up to my own hype.
1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
2. Marvel vs. Capcom 3
3. Pokemon Gold/Silver
4. Resident Evil 5
5. Metroid: Other M
6. Gears of War 3
7. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
8. Sonic Adventure 2
9. Alan Wake
10. Phantasy Star Universe
I didn't put Mass Effect 3 anywhere because we're still 4 months away. I'll have a better idea of where it stacks once we get to those final nights before release, and I can gauge it according to how many of those nights are restless, how many of my everyday conversations are dictated by the game no matter how irrelevant, etc.

No, that distinction definitely belongs to TOR, which just barely edges out how excited I was about SWG, Majora's Mask, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and 3, and Sonic and Knuckles. But I am very much looking forward to ME3.

And considering the news we've got so far (the official ones), I don't think I really want to play ME3.
What ? Are you refering to Skyrim ? Then no, I do not like Skyrim because it has dragons, but because it's an Elder Scrolls (and a good one).
And it's not my most anticipated game .. SWTOR is currently the one.

Before, it was definitely up there in the top 10 games I've frothed at the mouth in anticipation of, but now that there's co-op it is definitely #1.
