Yep. I'm looking forward to Skyrim on friday. But I don't think I've ever looked forward to a game more than I am with ME3.

Never happening. Valve hates the number 3.

No, I think Kingdom Hearts II was.

Ended up as a disappointment for me, I'm still pissed about it.

Nope. That would be the third episode that gets delayed every time someone makes a fat joke about Gabe Newell.

No, but that doesn't mean much. I doubt there'll ever be a game I'll anticipate more than I anticipated Gothic 3. :-)

No, not really, and in some ways, anticipate it less and less. Still, I'm looking forward to playing it and see how the story ends (hopefully).

edit: spelling

Skyward Sword is probably my most anticipated upcoming game. Whenever the next (****ing) Half-life installment gets announced (goddamn it), that will be.

No, it isnt. I am looking forward the game, like I do for Skyrim now. But I have a more busy reallife now than in the past and thats why the days seem to run, if I wait or not.
When I look back, the most anticipated game in my gamers life was Diablo 2 ;-)

The Old Republic is KOTOR 3 - 10, literally. Granted, it may be the wrong genre for most gamers that want a KOTOR 3 (myself included), but that is definitely what it is. Oh and, I hear that Revan's and The Exile's story will be wrapped up in an upcoming novel.

Afraid not. My most anticipated as a child was Ocarina of Time. My mother played a clever trick on me for christmas: She claimed they were out of the game at the store. As I slowly opened the bag, I saw a box of gold, with the insignia of a sword and shield. I spent the next 48 hours in gamer's heaven. Good times.

No, but it's right after Fallout 3.

Hmm... Fallout 4...

Even though Mass Effect is my favourite series.

 BS. Its a WoW clone, if i ever saw one. I mean sure, it'll probably have some nice dialog trees and a polished, if mundane narrative, but the template seems almost a lovenote to Blizzards work. (Everything form gameplay and guest design to endgame.)

Witch means, it wont have neither KOTORs memorable plot and characters, nor its pacing and gameplay.

And honestly its nobody's fault. MMOs are just not SP RPGs and you cant shoehorn the into it. It goes against the strenghts of the genre. That said, i'm pretty sure its going to be a hugely-profitable spin-off for Bioware.
The worst thing is, they did start production on III, but why make millions, when you can make billions, EH! :police:

On Topic

Actually I was way more exited for ME2. By this point we had around 15 trailers and a ton of info.(ME3 is a snooze fest, by comparison. Thank God for MS, i guess)

That and the promises of that game and its ultimate potential far surpassed that of ME3. That said, while i ultimately liked ME2 a ton, it destroyed some of the first's greatest stenghts and became something much less ambitious.(than this ...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBuhcKKWohk&feature=relmfu ) By comparison ME3 is far more predictable, thought i might be underselling it a bit. Still looking foward to it, but i could barely sleep a month before ME2 came out.

Sooooooo...... NO. My most anticipated was and still is SC2.(Twelve bloody years and still going.:ONot much can beat that.) Cant wait for HOTS and LOTV.

It was until I read all the problems with Origin and how EA is consistantly pushing this spyware program.  For now, I am not even certain if I will buy ME:3 anymore.

It feels kind of wrong to say "no," because I know I've been very hyped for games in the past and couldn't possibly remember just how hype I was. That said, I have immense trouble coming up with any game I've hyped more... Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 comes to mind, I booted up my gamecube every single day to try out new things in the predecessor (and would do the same with the game itself for almost a year). But at the same time, I just have a hard time thinking I was as actively psyched as I am for ME3 now.

Difficult question, this topic poses ^^

After this little quote from the new IGN article: "such as the fact that your single-player and multi-player success will depend on each other, with your performance online affecting the single-player world"

I don't even know if I want the game anymore. This is looking to be one of the biggest disasters in gaming if they keep down this path. What a disappointment....

I'm waiting for it, but there is still Diablo 3 and the next part of Starcraft II.

So ME3 is pretty much on that level (must buy). I just hope Origin will get rid of spyware before the game launches.
