It dawned on me that I answered this completely wrong. If I could bring one LI to actual life, it would be either Ash (whom I identify with on certain things), Gianna Parasini (who I actually like personality wise), or more shallowly, Emily Wong or Captain Matsuo (my wife is fond of calling me a rice king for a reason. Relax, she and my children are of asian descent). I couldn't do an alien because it would be unfair to them to be the last/only of their kind.

Technically, that doesn't apply to Liara, who could reproduce with anyone and her children could do the same.

EDIT: come to think of it, you said "anyone". Urgh, Really hard to chose between Garrus or my Shepard as both of them are quite close in personality.
