I think that she'll be helpful enough against the Reapers.
I don't. She is an obstacle towards obtaining the resources there. She isn't needed to recruit any of the mercenary organizations either since we could recruit them by just paying them the same way anyone else does. I guarantee you the Council races have more money than Aria does.

Really? People dislike Aria?

How could anyone dislike a murderous criminal? The madness, I tell you. The madness.
You could make the same argment for Thane. Even worse in his case because he doesn't even see himself as responsible. Mordin too; he clearly admits at the end of his recruitment mission that he is not at all above killing someone if he has to, even telling his assistant that he's foolish for not accepting the idea of taking out someone out "to help others." Aria is murderous criminal in a group of murderous criminals anyway; it's not like she's murdering innocents left and right for giggles.

I've seen Charge as done by Shepard and it's strictly two-dimensional. Certainly doesn't get you up a few floors by itself.
Otherwise it just doesn't seem right to have her be tougher than the Big Bad of the game.
On Aria: I think she's overrated as a badass but I do like her otherwise.

This.
Also, if the Hanar are indoctrinated, wouldn't mind a showdown with Blasto. Not that I hate him. Just that it'd be so epic that three hundred Reapers and two star systems would be accidentally destroyed by the splash damage of that battle.
Oh, and whoever's denying Refund Guy his justice, whoever trapped Private Window, and that Reaper bast@rd that took out Nigel FishNChips.

Ah, so it's someone being arrogant and considering themself above you that's the problem... person who dismissed several other people's dislike of TIM as just not wanting someone to overrule the protagonist.
Funny you should say that. As much as I'd like to see Aria killed and her body dumped in the trash, if I had creative control over Mass Effect I'd never let that happen. Some characters, like TIM and Aria, should always be out of the player's reach.
At the end of the day Aria is a menance. She is a crime lord and she's collected way too much power. Get rid of her, keep the criminals at each-other's throats. She's just a female version of Lord Darius.
That's a terrible idea. Remove Aria and you create a power vacuum that would make Omega's crime syndicates ten times more dangerous. Aria doesn't ever get in Shepard's way and is on civil terms with him or her.

You never really fight Harbinger, just mook avatars. She's certainly not tougher than the final boss of the game.CrutchCricket wrote...

I think that part of Charge is just a gameplay limitation, because it certainly doesn't seem limited by gravity.

Charging does get you above mid-height walls though. If your enemies are behind cover you can basically charge past the physically barriers and smack into them.

Anyways, most of the crew got their arses kicked by a bunch of Varren and there's only one wounded survivor whom you have to protect from said Varren until you can get her off the planet.
If she dies, you get a Game Over and have to try again until you manage to save her. Why? Who does she think she is? Why can't I let those lovely fish dogs eat her face and be on my way, continuing my amazing adventures?
You're not important! You shouldn't cause a Game Over! Hell, neither Tali nor Legion have any kind of special responses, so you might as well not be a Quarian. Doesn't help that I've heard that this side quest is quite tough on higher diffiiculties.

Aria, because she's so arrogant and she stole my little girl's name.
Udina, because I've hated him for two games now.
The Turian councilor gets an honorable mention for being such a determined idiot.
Guess that's it.

As for people I actually want to kill...I don't think there's anyone. There are characters I don't like, to be sure, but none I want to outright kill. That's just ghastly!

Just so you know, OP, wanting to kill someone because they refuse to answer questions makes you PRETTY MUCH not a paragon.

But if you embraced the dark side...wouldn't you like to hurt any character....just a little?
