Which order is suggested?
Will I need the coersion ability gained from the extra cunning gained from the mage tower for anything while I get either AW or BM?
AW specialization, BM spec, or mage tower? (order)

Ok honestly if you want a strong Arcane Warrior, YOU NEVER GO BLOOD MAGE!!! People say that its good because it gives you extra mana yadayadaydada but it doesnt help much. Go spirit healer. You dont really need the cunning at all, its just nice to have later on. If you get all of the following armor your mana will regen to the point where u can never run out of mana (MAKING YOU INVINCIBLE unless someone hits a 1000 killing you...) get:
Corruption (helmet) - nice bonuses (or long runners cap for +1 mana regen)
Evon the greats mail - 2 stamina (mana) regen
Wades superior gauntlets and boots - 2 stamina (mana) regen
Spellweaver - 2 mana regen
Fade Wall - 2 mana regen
Andruils Blessing - 4 mana regen
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total: 12 mana regen (about 20 mana per second)
This is the best set if you DONT have any DLC
If you have RtO then you use Cailens Arms (+6.5 regen) = 6.5 regen
or
Duncans Sword (+4 regen) and Fade Wall (+2 regen) = 6 regen

No.
Shuddup.
I have read much on the benifits of spirit healer and BM.
I have choosen the former, not only is it considered strong and able to insanity solo, but it suits my RP playstyle.
You said nothing that had anything to do with my posted question.
I have zero respect for that.
The question posed is, For a AW/BM should one get those specs first, or go to the mage tower for extra coersion through free cunning points?
....
Im on the dalish questline, and just got to a place where I can talk to Swiftrunner... There seem to be persuade options to resolve the situation peacefully, or come down on the side of the warewolves. And I want that option....
Would doing the mage tower first so I can get coersion (rank 3) help me in this regard?

do the circle tower quest first to get 5 point of cunning. you will not need to add any point in cunning. to side with the werewolves, you need at least a expert coercion.
for aw, the first few lvl you should get your magic to 42 and willpower to 30. that will ensure you can sustain all your bread and butter sustain.
after that, increase your constitution to around 30. constitution is not so important for you early game if you get bm later. the first 12-16 lvl should focus getting your aw bread and butter spells.

If he's blood mage, he won't need alot of mana regen (enough to sustain Shimmering shield), and depending on what sustains you are running you won't get hit at all, leaving your health as a sort of secondary magic pool. And to be honest, he won't have much mana to play around with after all the sustains are activated ANYWAYS.
though when doing run throughs of your specializations, I always make sure to get spell weaver ASAFP. Which means redcliffe then urn of sacred ashes, which also nets you the nice armor of diligence and the assorted gear from the high dragon, and the Wade's armor quests. Then, wielding the best weapon for your class (arguably until duncan's sword becomes a viable option) and aquiring some of the best armor in the game, you should be able to basically saunter through the game on any difficulty.
And then I do mage tower for wynn then, depending on how I'm feeling, its a toss up between Paragon of her Kind and the Nature of the Beast. Though I usually do Nature of the beast for juggernaut. There really is no point to doing Nature of the Beast early unless you have this burgeoning need to sleep with Gheyna and ruin Camnen's life. (even then you can do that without completing the quest)
(You can get the gloves of diligence without finishing Orzammar, they are in the chest of the shaperate, but I assume you know this)
Edit. Also less willpower, more constitution for BM/AW builds. Maxing out magic should also be a priority so I don't really spend that many points on constitution OR willpower.
Irellevant stuff that I wanted to add to my post.
Alot of this stuff depends on your team members though. Like does leliana/zevran offbalance your attack penalty from haste with Song of courage, or what second spec you choose for wynn.
And yes, the coercion skill affects the persuade check in the Nature of the Beast quest. Even writing that makes me think that your question was rhetorical.
Edit to the edit: Blood Mage/Arcane warrior is going to be more powerful than spirit healer/Arcane warrior, simply because *derp* Blood magic abilities actually do damage, while spirit healer does not, automatically nullfies any argument of SH/AW being 'more powerful' than BM/AW. Lol.
