Large as in physical size or large as in being larger than life, or large as in being Brian Blessed?

Cocoa Puffs actually.

Applying this to Mass Effect 3:

There will be an even bigger Reaper revealed later, who shall be voiced by Peter Mensah.

Either is a tool, the person using it is the deadly thing.

OT, Obviously Harbinger, he needed more room to store emotions.

That ultimately depends on if you are using just the tip of your tongue, or all of it. Technique is everything.

Brian Blessed is larger than the known universe.

As for OP's question....Harby. Sov is currently in lots of little pieces.

That just means he covers a greater area than Harby. Instant victory.

My dear, at my age I'm well versed on that subject.  And as it is my duty, I shall spread it to the younger generations. Posted Image

Also, the idea of mass effect fields as put forth by Mordin Solus does make me wonder what it would be like to live in the mass effect universe. Posted Image

Size doesn't matter as long as the calibrations are correct, you say?
