We need to get back on topic. Which is larger, Harbinger or Sovereign. I'm thinking Soveriegn may have a larger quad because he actually got in the fight with his physical body. Harbinger was always using others to do his work.

In this case, its not the size that matters, its whether you are emotionally attached. Harbinger is always putting up barriers, and he's into Miranda's alt outfit with all that ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL stuff.

Speaking of which, do we have a safeword with this thread, or do I need to get a bucket of water?

But, even Shepard can Assume Control given the situation is right, so Harbinger isn't all that hot either...which speaks in favor of Sovereign even more.

I really don't think we can get an accurate comparison as to size between Harby and Sovereign, can we? Harby only possesses his minions in spirit, so we never really see his (reaper?) form.

This also begs the question, what about their innards?  There is a reaper core with a shell around it.  I think the shells are the same size, but the individual speices-made-reaper might be different.

Well, a reasonable assumption would be that more or less all reapers are more or less of equal sizes, really.

The power of suggestion is strong, now all I can hear is FemHawke saying: "Want a sandwich?"

And I don't know about Harby being bigger in spirit. His little blurbs of "I know you feel this" and "this hurts you" made me giggle and roll my eyes. When I spoke to Sovereign on Virmire, his voice made me shiver....like the first time I heard Darth Vader. I took Sovereign more seriously as an enemy than I did Harbinger.
