This is an incredibly minor issue, but after using the Research prototype, "Retrain Powers", my quickbar will reset the powers in a random order. I know this is normal. But...
The number that represents Medigel on the Unity power now flashes. Minor, but annoying.
All my ammo type powers (Incendiary, Cryo, Disruptor, etc.) no longer turn red when in use. The holograms appear on a weapon, and the ammo's affect is still active, but the quickbar doesn't agree. Again, minor issue.
Any helpful tips or tricks? Small things annoy me to death and I'm bleeding out here!!!

Drag them off the quickbar, and manually reset them by dragging and dropping from the power menu that appears when you hit shift.

Tried that. The powers remain off according to the quickbar.

Yep. I found an earlier remedy for this situation. It was a bit complicated, but it worked like a charm until I died. After that it reloaded the last autosave and it wouldn't work anymore.

The only other thing I can think of then is that its some form of graphics glitch. What GPU & drivers are you running?
