Bought ME2. No Cerberus code inside.

I bought ME2 a few days back from Amazon.co.uk. the game arrived yesterday. The problem is that there is no Cerberus network joining code inside. The game CD key is there though. I have emailed EA help but havent recieved any reply yet. What should i do. If i click on 'buy' in the in-game menu the bioware page says i need BW/PS or MS points to buy it. How do i get those ?? the same is required for the DLCs too. Any ideas ?

EA support are the only ones who can help you. Either wait for an email reply, or log into the live chat feature and talk with a rep.

EA have completely changed their site over the last week, so the old link I had is no longer relevant. There should be a link for "speak to a consultant" or something like that.
The point system is fairly simple. You buy a certain number of points (eg:1600). Some DLC will cost 160 points, some 800. The point cost of the DLC is deducted from your points balance.

I bought the Mass Effect 2 jewel Russian version, inside there was only serial code, which I successfully activated through Origin. I believe that the Cerberus Code hasn't meant to be in that type of legit (for sure no scam or pirated copy) CD retail... I'm not complaining, game is perfect even with out those addons, it's just that maybe there is something I don't know? Do I need to redeem the code for BP? PS. I've checked e-mail, nothing there about Cerberus code.
