other then increased challenge..which in and of itself is a good reason to play them...however I'm wondering if anything else changes? (like loot drops say)

thanks

Yeah, just the challenge. I don't know about other people, but I play on the console on nightmare and I reload over most big fights. My first playthrough was on hard (which I hear is pc normal) and it was a breeze, I rarely had to restart.

I'd say for a more role playing feel, drop down to the difficulty where it's difficult without breaking the immersion. And if your interested in challenge, why play on anything but nightmare?

which just makes me want Diablo 3 more... so i can get a loot whoring fix.

DA will always provide the better story tho... its a shame DA wasnt both a great story with an awsome loot system.
