I read somewhere that until Pokemon stops making money the games are going to keep coming.  I can't quote the source, but that seems to be what's going to happen. 

The 3rd generation is my favorite.  I thought the pokemon looked really cool back then.  My favorite legendary is Lugia with Zekrom in close second.

Original 150 are best pokemon. That said, Charmeleon, Mewto/two what ever way they're spelling it now, Pikachu, and Squirtle are best pokemon. Bulabasaur is cool too.

First generation imo is the best pokemon, though generation's 1-3 were my childhood, 4-5 were okay but after that its just too much now that they are running out of idea's, peronally I like the lengendary birds and charmeleon

BLAZIKEN, UMBREON, DRAGONITE, LUXRAY are the best poke on, generation wise I'd say 1 and 3

Personally I like the fire types. With the exception of one or two occasions I always pick the fire starter. If not than the water starter.... Never was fond of the grass types.

My next favorite are dragon types followed by ghost then dark then psychic.

Favorite generations are I and II. I like some of the Generation III and V pokemon though.
Top three favorite pokemon: Typhlosion, Umbreon, and Dragonair.

EDIT: Oh yeah, favorite legendaries :V I like Lugia, Suicune, and Rayquaza.

Dragonite will always be my favorite. Though I only played during the first two generations. I played those games and Stadium 1 and 2 for hours on end. Transfer pak+gameboy games was an awesome idea.

I agree on the transfer pack + gameboy games being an awesome idea.... same with utilizing the GBA feature on a DS in order to transfer pokemon from a GBA game to the DS game.

Garchomp is statistically the strongest pokemon right now. although mewtwo is still the strongest period, something about it having the highest sp.attack skill. itd be nice to have them on my team cuz they so legit.

Garchomp is really awesome, like a truly badass Shark-raptor-jet plane.
It's one of my beloved team members on Pokemon Diamond. Some people complain about it being overpowered...but I don't think it is. I mean, it's freaking ground-dragon, an Ice time can bring it down rather quickly (thank the gods for Brick Break).



If there is a Pokemon I truly hate game-wise, that would be Shuckle.

It's pre-evolution form, Spearow, was the first Pokemon I ever caught and I pretty much just stuck with it ever since.

And ew at all the people posting post-season 2 Pokemon.
