If you could, would you still be working with Cerberus?

Cerberu's competency completely depends on what makes the plot more interesting at the moment.Yuoaman wrote...

Actually I would stay with Cerberus, aside from their unethical ways of experimenting and getting things done, you have to admit that they actually get sh*t done when it comes to the human race. I mean Shepard was dead for TWO years and the Alliance had already screwed him and his team over within that period of time. Meanwhile Cerberus was spending a ridiculous amount of money to revive him and get him a new ship. Sure their true intentions weren't as clear as we would want them to be but at least because of them you were able to kill a Reaper and save millions of human lives, along with the alliance's lazy asses.
I don't know, Cerberus also decided that turning Grayson into a Reaper puppet was a good investment.

Who knows? Maybe they learned something from the experience, Cerberus can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs. People are always complaining about how cerberus is grossly incompetent and their operation at the derelict reaper with a fiasco, but in the end it got Shepard the IFF, and I think that they may have accomplished something equally important from this.Yuoaman wrote...

Yep, the Illusive Man can't save his ass without breaking a few space stations and letting loose the Reaper's puppet.
Wait.

1. Railroaded into working with Cerberus.
2. Absolutely lame responses concerning Cerberus in conversation with Tela Vasir after defeating her.
3. Death of Kahoku who was only trying to care for his team.
4. Cerberus made integral despite minute (completely avoidable) part in ME.

Yes, after reading the spoilers I agree completely with his goals. They'd lead to a more peaceful galaxy in the long term and would strengthen Humanity. Though I don't understand why he has to be working with them to achieve said goals.
There will always be problems, so if you think murder, torture and so on are necessary to solve them then you are just another problem yourself.

I'd rather be the problem than having to deal with it.

A thousand times this! Bioware didn't think any of this crap through. It makes about as much sense as the plot of Star Wars Episode One.

Peaceful galaxy? Cerberus? Ha.
They'll declare dictatorship the nanosecond they get the chance and enslave everyone that aren't following their twisted cause.
Oh, but TIM said that he's working for a good cause. I'm sure we can just take this very trustful man's word for it, right?
It's not like they'll build concentration camps or torture chambers or anything.

Don't be ridiculous. What purpose would it serve to enslave the other races? Just wipe them out and be done with it.

Well they didn't until ME3 came out.
